What we collect: Personal information that is commonly already available to your employer, such as but limited to name, contact information, email address, and health related data. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, job activities, billing information, transaction, and credit card information, experience with our products, and more detailed contact preferences. Some MAP web pages may use cookies, a data analysis technique.

How we use this information: MAP uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on service and benefits, and to personalize our services for you. Individual data is only available to the employer who has authorized individuals who can accesses their company specific information.
